Policymakers, community-based organizations, city residents, and others working in these communities can use these data to help direct outreach and resources intended to promote and advocate for health among these groups. These data are not linked to the other metrics on the Dashboard.
Data displayed here are from 2024 American Community Survey (ACS) 5-year estimates provided by the U.S. Census Bureau. Racial/ethnic subgroups are included based on both ACS data availability and expert consultation.
