Here at the City Health Dashboard, we provide communities and city leaders with data on health and the drivers that shape health at the neighborhood- and city-level. Our goal is to support cities to improve the health and well-being of everyone in the community. With the Dashboard, city leaders and partner organizations have implemented public health investments in high-need neighborhoods, expanded support for city budget allocations for health, and designed evidence-based community health improvement efforts.
