City Health Dashboard Awards

Our goal at the City Health Dashboard is to support data-driven decision-making to improve health in communities. Since launching in 2018, users have told us that we are doing just that, and in a user-friendly and clear way. In a spirit of constant improvement, we always welcome feedback to remain useful to users. And we're proud to say that the site has also been recognized and honored with a few awards, further backing our efforts. Here's a summary of awards and honors the Dashboard has received.

2022 - The Dashboard won an Impact Award in the Community Data Project category from the Community Indicators Consortium. This honor means a lot because we were nominated by multiple community data projects across the country. Thanks to those who nominated us, the awards committee and the whole Consortium for recognizing our work.

2019 and 2021 - Our developer, Forum One, won a WebAward in 2019 and 2021 for the City Health Dashboard in the category of Health Care Standard of Excellence. Thanks to Forum One for their stellar partnership in creating, updating, and continuing to improve the Dashboard!
